Our service offers residents a welcoming and confidential space in which they can approach any type of difficulty to find help, advice, someone to listen to them and support them to help them find short, medium and long-term solutions.

COPING WITH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES THANKS TO THE EMERGENCY FUND

Thanks to the help of its sponsors and donations collected during solidarity appeals, the emergency fund enables residents in financial difficulty to have their situation assessed by a social worker and to receive one-off, exceptional financial aid on the advice of a committee.

Request a form by email from social@ciup.fr or by calling +33 (0)1 44 16 65 62.

Be informed and protect yourself!

The RSI makes the self-service documentation on all of its intervention sections available to residents and professionals on campus. Thanks to the Vers Paris Sans Sida programme, the RSI also provides residents in the waiting room with free self-service condoms.

Take part in our preventative actions!

In collaboration with its partners, the RSI offers preventative actions on various subjects all year long. We are also open for residents with projects connected to our invention areas.

THE PREVENTION AND PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELLING CENTRE

The Prevention and Psychological Orientation Centre (PPOP) enables residents to talk to a professional about their difficulties, concerns and questions, in complete confidentiality, to find psychological support and guidance, to report a worrying situation, and to be accompanied towards a suitable care pathway if necessary. All topics can be discussed. Interviews are strictly confidential and are offered in different languages (English, Spanish). Appointments on Tuesdays from 2pm to 7pm, Wednesdays from 11am to 6.30pm and Fridays from 10am to 1.30pm. If necessary, you can be referred to a psychiatrist, a psychotherapist from BAPU Pascal or another partner service for long-term psychological support.

Third-party payment for consultations

Thanks to the third-party payment system, you will not have to pay the cost of your consultation (sector 1). To do this, you must give the doctor your carte vitale or a certificate of entitlement and your mutual insurance card. Without these documents, the consultation will cost €25 or €30 (if you have not declared another doctor).

More specialist medical consultations to come

The Cité internationale wishes to complete this new system by offering residents more consultations, including specialised medicine in partnership with the Institut mutualiste Montsouris.
