6 reasons to join us

A fast-growing international campus

The Cité internationale universitaire de Paris is currently undergoing a historic phase in its development. By 2025, it will have welcomed 10 new residences and will have modernised all its services for the general public. Every year, the campus welcomes 12,000 students, researchers and artists of 150 nationalities to its 43 residences.

A wide range of jobs

The Cité internationale operates like a small city, and the jobs we offer are highly varied (technical services, gardeners, reception managers, support functions…). But they all have one thing in common: improving the welcome and services offered to our residents and all our visitors. Every day, our staff work together to plan, innovate, create, guide and orchestrate.

A commitment to balance

Balance between professional and personal life, high standards, benevolence and protection are the pillars of a relationship with our employees that we want to last: the possibility of teleworking up to two days a week for positions that allow it, awareness-raising workshops to improve working conditions, access on campus to nearly 50 sports at very preferential rates…

Commitment at the core of our actions

Our commitments revolve around 3 pillars: encouraging mobility of the world’s youth and access to knowledge, promoting solidarity and humanist values and acting for a sustainable world. We share them with our employees to create a positive impact on society and build a peaceful world for today and tomorrow. On a daily basis, we defend and transmit a culture of equality. We pay close attention to gender equality (index of 94/100 in 2020). We also promote a different view of disability, taking part in the annual Duo Day.

Working in an exceptional location

Working at the Cité internationale means enjoying a privileged and inspiring working environment every day, set in 34 hectares of wooded parkland and 43 architecturally remarkable houses. From Le Corbusier to Laprade and Claude Parent, from Charlotte Perriand to Jean Prouvé, from Foujita to Le Phô, the Cité internationale has always been a great source of inspiration for architects and artists from all over the world.

Successful integration

Convinced that a Human Resources Department must be committed to supporting each and every employee, we offer our new employees a personalised induction program. Guided tours of the campus enable you to get to know the houses and the park better. A mentor will welcome you, help you take up your new position and introduce you to our values and projects.
