The breakfasts, coffee reception and breaks are an important part of your event. We offer a variety of hot and cold drinks. In 2022, we committed ourselves to preparing our coffee from fair trade production on site. This means that we can reduce the number of deliveries and provide you with a preserved taste. We are also committed to offering you organic tea and a variety of sweet treats adapted to the time of day.
Our signature offer is the finger food, a 20 piece equivalent. It is ideal for satisfying the tastes of as many of your guests as possible, with a hot or cold dish depending on the room we serve you in. We also offer various sharing buffets and cocktails ranging from 4 to 20 pieces.
We offer two menus per season, all organic. We can welcome you in the heart of the Maison internationale in our restaurant “La salle à manger Branet” for your meals up to 70 persons seated. This light-filled space opens onto a private terrace and offers an incomparable view over the large lawn. For meals for up to 280 people, the Honnorat lounge will be the prestigious setting for your event. For smaller meals, our Rockefeller room is ideal for up to 19 guests.
If you need to stay focused on your meeting, choose our lunch trays and lunch boxes. It can be composed in cold or hot version.

Want to enjoy the outdoors? Thanks to our prestigious “lunch in the garden” offer, the 34-hectare park and its private gardens are available for your exclusive outdoor events: lunches on the grass, garden parties, food trucks, etc.
Since 2017, we are committed to drastically limiting the use of plastic in our catering services by using biodegradable or recyclable containers and by using bio-sourced plastic. We work with committed caterers who offer seasonal, local and, as far as possible, labelled products, whether in a locavore or organic approach. We also partner with an ESAT to set up some of our lunchboxes. Sensitive to food waste, we manage the volumes ordered as well as possible and organise the donation of surplus.
