To make it possible to understand the development project at a glance, here are the key dates and stages of the real property agreements for the opening of the new residences. After genesis and expansion comes the time for the revival of the work of the Cité.

2014

  • Nomination of the Bruno Fortier / TN+ group as project managers of the site in terms of landscaping, town planning and architecture, as well as of the architectural coordination of the development project – June 2014

 

 

  • Signature of a preliminary agreement between the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the Cité Internationale under the heading of Operation Plan Campus for the financing of the work in the first phase of the land management operation – early 2014

January: submission of the land management permit
End of year: delivery of the Pavillon Victor Lyon (RCC+AASB)
2016
• Beginning of year: launch of the first phase of works for the provision of utility services and land management
Beginning of year: delivery of the Maison de la Région Ile-de-France (A/NM/A)
Spring: delivery of the Paul Vaillant Couturier residence (AAVP)
Beginning of the academic year: delivery of the Plot B residence (Agence Bruther)
2017-2020
• Construction of the three national residences (eastern park) and the four CIUP residences (western park)
• Reclassification and extension of the park
