Immerse yourself in the traditional artistic culture of three countries. At the Maison du Mexique, discover a replica of the sun stone, one of the iconic works of Aztec art. At the Maison du Japon, admire the frescos by the famous painter Foujita whose style is a mix of oriental and western influence. Finally at the Maison du Maroc, learn the art of zellige, the composition of artisanal geometric mosaics.

This tour beings with the Fondation des Etats-Unis with the presentation of monumental “art-deco” frescos by Robert La Montagne Saint–Hubert, which are listed as historical monuments, evoking the golden age of French art. It is followed by the presentation of bas-reliefs by Anna Quinquand on the façade of the Résidence Lucien Paye whose decor is inspired by African mythology. To finish, the lounge in the Fondation de Monaco will surprise you with its art-deco style.

This tour presents the creations of famous designers. Discover the work of Charlotte Perriand with the furniture designed for the Maison du Mexique (library) and the Fondation suisse (historic room). The last part of the visit will be dedicated to Danish design with the creations by two of the most famous artists: Hans Wegner (lounge furniture) and Poul Henningsen (pinecone lighting).
