In the summer the Cité internationale can welcome groups for short academic, linguistic, cultural and artistic stays for study programmes and summer schools. The offer is extended to universities, grandes écoles, language schools, institutions or associations, local authorities, organising committees etc. The offer mainly concerns the months May through August when there is the most accommodation available. However, all accommodation requests with at least 5 rooms are considered regardless of the dates.

The Cité internationale offers numerous on-site services for dining, improving, having fun or organising events (solidarity workshops, team building, relaxation activities, treasure hunts, sports tournaments etc.). Any entity whether private or public, French or international wishing to reserve accommodation for a group stay ranging from one night to 2 months.
You must make one reservation for a booking of more than 5 rooms. Payment for the stay must be made by the same entity that made the booking. Signing the accommodation contract will confirm the price and the reservation.

Include the details of your desired accommodation: dates (arrival/departure), number of people, number and type of rooms, name of the entity making the reservation and payment.
Include all of the necessary contact details (name of person to contact, role, email address, phone number, best time to call etc.)
The offer primarily concerns the summer months from May to August when there is the best availability, coinciding with the end of the academic year. Nonetheless, all requests for group accommodation are considered regardless of the dates and you will be offered accommodation if there is availability.
Upon receiving your request a member of the team will be designated as your point of contact. They will get in touch with you by email or telephone to get the details about your project and offer you the best options possible. Depending on availability, your proposal and a description of our services will be sent to you in order to confirm your request.
After confirming your proposal, an accommodation contract will be sent to you to sign, as well as a request for a 50% deposit in order to reserve the rooms. Our general conditions of sale will be sent along with the accommodation contract so that you have everything necessary to confirm your reservation.
Your point of contact and the rest of the team will accompany you throughout your stay (reservations, contract, welcoming the group, follow-up, departure, invoices and payment).
We cannot guarantee that you will get your choice of house or residence but we will take care to ensure that you receive the category of accommodation reserved and that the participants are spread out equally among the houses or nearby residences. It is possible to add requests when making your reservation and they will be taken into account where possible.
You can also visit the Cité internationale: permanent exhibitions and innovative digital tools will transport you through time and space to discover this exceptional place. Guided tours can also be organised for clients.
In parallel with the event management offer, the Cité internationale has several dining areas. You can choose a sit-down meal or a meal on-the-go or opt for a simple gourmet break.
