ANECDOTE

A beautiful inscription “Maison arménienne” placed on the tympanum of the entrance, composed of curious letters in the shape of a bird, welcomes the residents. These are meant to remind us of the richness of the Armenian alphabet and its many artistic variations, such as the historiated letters with ornithological motifs that the architect Léon Nafilyan brilliantly adapted to Latin letters.

They take care of the organisation and representation of residents with the house’s administration. We also encourage resident engagement in collective projects and in the organisation of cultural and artistic events.
