The Maison des étudiants de la francophonie was the first building completed financed by the Fondation nationale Cité internationale universitaire de Paris who was the contracting authority. It welcomes students and researchers from francophone countries, allowing them to study in the best higher education establishments in Île-de-France. It is included in the “Cité 2025” development plan. It welcomed its first residents in January 2021.
Thanks to its 47 houses, the Cité internationale offers a rich programme of cultural and artistic events for all ages, as well as debates on the major issues facing the world today: concerts, screenings, lectures, exhibitions, shows… Find out more in our Citéscope cultural calendar.
Every house runs thanks to a professional and dedicated team. Whether they are a receptionist, planning manager, cleaner, maintenance or security personnel, everyone is committed to ensuring that your stay is as smooth as possible.
The campus is yours so take part in organising its social and cultural life! Every year residents are elected within their house. They take care of the life there and represent students concerning the house’s administration. We also encourage our residents to engage in collective projects and in the organisation of cultural and artistic events.
