123 rooms, 25 studio apartments and 2 apartments:
– Showers and toilets in each accommodation unit.
– The rooms are provided with a mini bar or a small refrigerator. Communal kitchens on each floor.
– The studios and apartments have a mini kitchen, with crockery included.
– Internet and Wi-Fi connection in each accommodation unit.
An entrance hall, four communal kitchens, a lounge for mingling and relaxing, a large multi-functional room and a reading lounge equipped with computers.
The Residence also has two rehearsal rooms for the resident musicians, a terrace with table, benches and barbecue, as well as a launderette with washing machines and tumble driers.

Services on the Campus
The University Campus is principally a place to meet others. This is achieved by the variety of facilities available to the residents. Located between the Porte d’Orléans and the Porte de Gentilly, the Campus offers, first and foremost, 40 hectares of parkland, around which the 40 residences in various architectural styles are dotted.
Nevertheless, there is a central focus, that of the Maison internationale, which houses the services for the community: the library, the restaurant, the cafeteria, the theatre, the sports facilities, a bank, a post office. On the ground floor, the acc&ss Paris Centre service, open from Monday to Friday, assists students and researchers in administrative formalities and on any subject linked to their stay in France.
The Campus is thus a real little town, in the heart of the Paris conurbation, a green haven in the centre of a dense urban fabric.
