An ideal place for a change of air

Located on the remote Île de Bréhat, the Donation HARAUCOURT is hidden on the moor and almost overlooks the sea. It is full of charm and rich in history with its granite walls, its rooms with their wood-lined walls, its ancient furnishings and its profusion of books.

A large house

The Donation HARAUCOURT can accommodate up to 14 persons (11 single beds + 1 double bed + 1 sofa-bed). On the island you can go to the beach, go for walks or cycle-rides, play tennis, go fishing and visit the water sports centre, where you can sail, kayak or dive.

Ground floor 
A very large equipped kitchen about 25 m² in area (refrigerator, crockery, gas cooker, oven, micro-wave, kettle etc.). Dining room (25 m²) with fireplace, large table seating 10 persons, reading room, small lounge, toilets and bathroom.

First floor
3 bedrooms (bedroom 1: two single beds; connecting rooms 2 and 3: one double bed and three single beds) and a shower room and toilets on the landing.

Second floor
2 bedrooms (bedroom 4: 3 single beds; bedroom 5: 3 single beds). Also 2 folding beds which can be used in addition in the bedrooms or on the ground floor.

Garden
Large garden. Peaceful. Close to the sea. Garden furniture provided (two large tables and ten chairs). Barbecue.

Conditions of residence and prices

In July and August the house is available rent-free to residents of the International Campus and is reserved exclusively for their use. Apart from the months of July and August, any person wishing to spend time at Haraucourt is entitled to do so: CIUP employee, CIUP resident or any person from outside the International Campus. In these cases rent is payable.
