Students (Master’s and Ph.D.) are allocated rooms. The rooms have a surface area of 11 to 18 m². As a general rule, a student aged less than 30 years can expect to pay a monthly amount in the order of 400-550€ for the year.

Factors which cause variations in the price of lodging for students: 
• Age
• Level of comfort
• Length of stay

Each room offers access to a washbasin, a shower, toilets and a kitchen, within the room or on the same floor.

Researchers (Post-doctoral and senior teacher- researchers) are allocated as a matter of priority studio apartments (from 18 to 25 m2 in area for single studio apartments and from 25 to 35 m2 for couples), all of which have a kitchenette. Sometimes researchers are accommodated in rooms, but normally students have priority for this type of accommodation.

• Type of accommodation
• Surface area of accommodation
• Length of stay

Prices are advertised in Euros, including all taxes.
The prices given are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
For accommodation for two persons, the price advertised is the total price (to be divided by the number of persons).

Social issues

Residents may claim Housing Benefit (ALS) which has an upper limit of 94.41€/month (apart from the Lila and Quai de Loire residences, where the tenants are entitled to Housing Subsidy (APL), which is based on income).


Auxiliary services are included in the price of the lodging (apart from the Lila and Quai de Loire residences, which have their own conditions):
