SHOOT IN A LOCATION THAT IS UNIQUE IN THE WORLD

Set in 34 hectares of landscaped parkland, the Cité internationale is a campus with a remarkable architectural heritage, located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. To enable its residents to pursue their studies in optimum conditions, the Cité internationale rents out its facilities for professional film shoots. Since 2022, it has been a member of Ecoprod, contributing to environmentally-friendly audiovisual and film productions.

The first multi-set filming location in France

The Cité internationale universitaire de Paris is an international campus but it is also an exceptional setting for filming: films, TV films, series, shows, advertisements and photo shoots. Thanks to the diversity of its sets, it has hosted more than 500 film shoots in 10 years, including “De Gaulle”, “Aline”, “Les garçons et Guillaume, à table!”, “L’amant” and “Indochine”, the film that won 6 Césars, including the one for best set.

A multitude of sets

With its rich architectural heritage emblematic of the 20th century, the Cité internationale offers a diversified scenography thanks to its 34-hectare park, its 43 houses of varied architecture and a multitude of exterior and interior settings. The park and the houses, built as early as 1925, offer an incredible diversity of filming locations for the big or small screen. Some of the houses express the particularities of the countries that contributed to their construction. The interiors are numerous: art deco wooded lounges, majestic halls, corridors, staircases and offices offer a singular setting.
