The Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris is unique among French universities and institutions. PATRONAGE AT THE CITÉ INTERNATIONALE
The Cité Internationale has always drawn on the generous support of key private donors such as Emile Deutsch de la Meurthe and John Rockefeller Jr.
The Cité Internationale has now reached a turning point and is on the verge of launching a wide-ranging development campaign to renovate and enhance its architectural heritage, pursue intellectual and cultural projects and offer new scholarships. Why not support to this new drive?
The Cité Internationale has rooms for students to practice their music either alone or in small groups.

Amateur and professional musicians can hire out practice rooms for an hour at a time or regularly throughout the year.
There are three types of rooms, a large “groups and choirs” room, two studios for music with amplifiers, and ten rooms for individuals or small ensembles. Four individual studios are located in the French Provinces House; all the others are located in Cambodia House.
The large “groups and choirs” room
This 127 sq.m. room can hold up to 45 musicians or 70 singers. It has chairs and music stands, a drum set and a baby grand piano (Petrof).
Two studios for music with amplifiers
The two studios measure 21 sq. m. and 29 sq. m., are air conditioned and have special sound insulation. They can be used by groups of musicians (a maximum of eight) using amplifiers or by small ensembles. Both rooms have chairs and music stands, a full sound system, amplifiers for guitar and base, a drum set, a keyboard and microphones.
Ten studios for individuals or small groups
These studios measure 8 to 10 sq. m. and are intended for practice alone or in small groups (up to four musicians). Every room has chairs and music stands, and five of them have a piano.
