Reception office for international students (BAEM)

Mission
Open year-round, this service is designed for students enrolled in a doctorate and housed at the Cité internationale or working in a laboratory in Paris (75), Les Hauts-de-seine (92), and La Vallée Scientifique de la Bièvre (94). Its role is to assist students to prepare their stay before arrival and to settle in for their stay in Île-de-France, by providing all the necessary details about their visit: administrative procedures, accommodations, finding a job, learning French, cultural and leisure activities, etc.

Did you know?
At the start of each academic year, with the assistance of the City of Paris, the Reception office for international students, BAEM, extends the range of services provided by opening a multiservices centre (see below). This centre is in charge of facilitating the orientation of foreign students in Paris, especially those arriving for their first visit.

Orientation service for international students SAEE

Available from September to December, at the Maison Internationale, SAEE is a one-stop service enabling students to complete all the formalities required for their stay in Paris. All public services involved are represented and a multilingual team is on hand to provide information and advice, and answer your questions.
