WELCOME STUDENTS, RESEARCHERS AND FOREIGN ARTISTS IN MOBILITY

Cité Internationale provides French classes for researchers in Paris and Île-de-France (and for their spouses) and “Research writing in French” workshops.

Three courses depending on your level

After a test, you will be offered a place in a course depending on your level:
The “beginner” level will enable you to learn the basics of French.
The “notions” level will help you acquire enough French to handle everyday situations.
The “intermediate” level will improve your French language skills by studying the past, present and future tenses.

A serious commitment is essential if you are to make headway with learning French.

If you would like to learn or improve your level in other languages, log onto Esp@ce langues.

The French classes are given at Cité internationale every Tuesday and Wednesday evening or every Wednesday and Thursday evening, from 7.00 to 9.00 pm.

Classes cost 120 euros per person for the entire course.

Mission

These workshops aim to help you make the switch to writing up your research (dissertation, thesis or scientific article). A good level of French is required to attend these workshops.

The “Research Writing in French” workshops are held on Wednesdays from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm and on Thursdays from 9.30 to 11.30 am.
