LABOUR REGULATIONS


For all labour regulations, Cité Internationale can provide you with information and assistance tailored to your particular situation.

You are employed

You have questions about your employment contract, intermittent contracts, aspects of employment in the cultural sector specific to France, etc. Email us for information about all your concerns at baape@ciup.fr

You are a self-employed artist

You want to move to France and to pursue your artistic activity (painter, sculptor, photographer, composer, etc.) and would like information about the procedure to follow, what details you must include on your invoices, the difference between a memorandum of fees and a invoice for the transfer of copyright, VAT, etc. We have designed specific documents for you that are available for downloading:
