The Lucien Paye Residence includes 190 lodgings:

  • 75 standard rooms
  • 108 added comfort rooms with a bathroom
  • 7 studio apartments

Every room has a telephone, a refrigerator, a television connection and a high-speed internet connection.
Common areas

Residents at Lucien Paye enjoy the use of shared kitchen facilities and bathrooms, a laundry room, a lounge with billiards, table football and table tennis, two television rooms, a library and study room, a computer room with internet access, a meeting room, two living rooms and a reception hall.

Cultural events and celebrations are regularly held in the reception hall, including film screenings, plays, concerts, conferences and dances.
