A call for patrons was put forth in 2008 to finance the restoration of the cultural areas in the André de Gouveia Residence, including the 190 sq. m. auditorium and the exhibition room.

€600,000 will be needed to restore these rooms.

1/ Why have you chosen to support the restoration of the André de Gouveia Residence?

This is a way to make the best use of a wonderful space that is modern and flexible and can serve as a showcase for Portuguese culture within the Cité Internationale. These renovations also promote the image of a modern, changing Portugal.

 

2/ What are some of the benefits for Portuguese businesses?

 

The Cité Internationale is a city within a city, and as such, the Cité is a potential market where our businesses can offer their services. The André de Gouveia Residence also offers meeting and conference spaces in a modern, attractive and especially elegant setting.
